Sickhead is Hiring!
We’re looking to hire a game artist and programmer to join us here in our Dallas studio to begin work on some new projects ASAP. If you have the talent and want to have control over your creative destiny this is your chance to join a successful indie studio working on exciting new projects.
You can get an overview of the open positions and links to apply on our jobs page.
UPDATE: Thanks to all the people who contacted us. Both positions are now filled.
Torque Forest Tech Added to T3D
The secret is out… Garage Games announced this week that Sickhead Games’ long-awaited Forest Kit tech will be included in Torque 3D 1.1 at no extra cost. The newly-named Forest Editor allows the easy painting of vegetation, rocks, and debris. Plants can use the Forest Editor’s local and global wind effects for added realism. The alpha release of T3D 1.1 is out now.
Artists, Sickhead Games is Hiring!
Currently seeking a jack-of-all-trades game artist with strong rigging and character animation skills. Indies wear a lot of hats, and ideally we need a talented individual with good concepting, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation skills, who’s familiar with standard current-gen game art pipelines (mesh-to-normal map, building modular animation, etc). Must be comfortable working in 3DS Max, Zbrush, and Photoshop.
For more information, please see the listing and apply on LinkedIn.
